Programme for 2022

Chatteris Music Society has striven at all times to bring high quality music to our town. We, just as many other organisations, have been forced to curtail our activities in recent months due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Happily the worst seems to be behind us now and we intend to put a full programme of events on once more during 2022.

Sat Feb 12th - Annual General Meeting

To start our 2022 year we will hold our Annual General Meeting at the King Edward Centre, commencing at 3.30pm. As well as confirming our committee members we will be outlining the proposed programme of events for the coming year.

All existing members, and hopefully some new ones, are urged to come along and hear what we have to say.

On Saturday November 19th we will be hosting the Opera Dudes at St Andrews Church Sutton. This will be an afternoon performance commencing at 2 o'clock.
The Opera Dudes are two tenors from very different backgrounds. Two modern day Mario Lanzas performing some of the world's most romantic music, in their own unique vocal arrangements. The Opera Dudes comprise a posh former Cambridge scholar and an ex-builder turned international operatic tenor. Between them, Neil and Tim have performed over 50 operas as well as more than 3000 concert performances in most of the major theatres and concerts halls around Great Britain.
